  • 3 ounces of steamed lean chicken with garlic and ginger

Dinner

  • 2 (6-inch) tortilla
  • 1 small potato
  • 3 ounces of cooked minced lean meat with 1 cup tomato sauce
  • A half a cup steamed broccoli

OR

  • 1 small potato baked with 1 slice low-fat cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • A half a cup cooked green beans
  • 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
